Global Flood Partnership 2022 Annual Meeting - Registration open!
The next Global Flood Partnership Annual Meeting will take place on 6 - 8 September 2022 in Leeds, UK, hosted by the University of Leeds .
Together we will discuss how to best foster the dialogue between scientists and users and how GFP products and expert knowledge can work in synergy to provide key information to emergency managers at different stages before, during and after severe floods.
A preliminary agenda is now available here.
Logistical information (hotel reservation, airport transport, bus shuttle, etc.) will be provided at a later stage.
There is no registration fee. The number of participants may be limited according to the venue capacity.
Similar to the 2019 meeting there will be different opportunities for participants to present their work and exchange ideas, and make the meeting interesting and lively. This includes a "Marketplace" session, "Ignite talks", an interactive session, and a poster pitch session, and there will be a guided tour.
Oral and ignite-talk contributions will be selected by the GFP steering committee. Other works will be presented as poster.
PLEASE NOTE: If the number of people registering for the conference exceeds the limit set by the venue capacity the steering committee will make a selection, based on the proposed contributions to the agenda of the meeting.
